I'm Baaaaaack!!!! :)

Wow!! It has been a while! Lots of ups and downs but ready to jump back on the horse! :)

First and foremost, I would like to hear from YOU!!! I will be making some adjustments to this blog and I would love some comments/suggestions/feedback etc. Social media has taken off in so many ways. There is basically an App for anything and everything these days. Would it be better if I just transfer this blog to a social media app platform such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.?

I will be posting MUCH more often. Between work and school, it has been difficult but I have managed to squeeze some time in to my busy schedule and I plan on dedicating it to my blog and its mission. Thank you again for stopping by. Glossy Box January 2014

It's here!!! Finally, the January edition of the GlossyBox arrived at my doorstep today.  The company sent out messages saying they had an overwhelming amount of orders and the box would be out shortly. Although it took longer than usual, it wasn't too bad of a wait and the reassurance from GB was appreciated.
This month, GB members received 6 different items. Over the next 2 weeks, I will be trying out these products and I will share my review. I am excited to get started!

Resolution Revolution

On a recent episode of SNL, there was a skit called "Resolution Revolution" that poked fun at new year resolutions.  The joke of the segment was that most of us make unrealistic resolutions with the intention of keeping them for that entire year and beyond. Some of the most popular ones like losing weight, kicking bad habits, and saving money sound like great goals but are not the easiest to succeed at. In my opinion, the best resolutions are those that will better your life or the life of others.


My resolution is to work hard towards getting fit and to spend more time with family.

Welcome 2014!!!
Ok so this new year one of my resolutions was to continue blogging and star vlogging.  I haven't posted on here in over a year!! I will be posting as much as possible from now on. I may change links or start a you tube channel. Not quite sure as of yet.

New Obsession:

I have recently come across the site glossybox.com and I had the urge to sign up. I became a member and ordered my first GlossyBox!! I am super excited. I am not sure if I am behind on this trend but either way it sounds fantastic. Basically, you sign up at glossybox.com and pay a monthly fee of I believe $21.00 US. This is an international company and has branches all over the world.. Prices vary. After you make a payment you will receive a package of sample beauty products. Its a surprise, so I am not even sure what I am getting for this month but I can't wait! Again, I am new to this so I will have more information on GlossyBox as soon as possible! I will post a picture and description of the products I receive.

Summer Hiatus

Hey guys! I've been on a bit of a summer vaca hiatus! :( I've been traveling here and there and usually don't lug my laptop along.  I hope you all are having an amazing summer! I am working on She's Trending today and I am thinking about taking it in a new direction.  I haven't come to a final decision yet but I would like opinions and suggestions from you all :)
